Moving In

Our resident managers will work with you to set a move-in date and time. Once you have paid the security deposit and any portion of the rent that may be due, you will be issued the key to your new home! We give all of our new move-ins a folder that contains information about the neighborhood, the apartment community and the other useful items. We know that moving can be stressful and hard work; our job is to make moving-in a pleasant experience.

At or shortly after you move-in to your unit, you and the resident manager will complete and sign a Move-In Form that documents the condition of the unit at move-in. This will be kept in our file and will be used at move-out. Remember we expect that the unit will be in similar condition at move-out as at move-in.
