Maintenance
NeighborWorks® Anchorage has a full time staff of dedicated and highly skilled maintenance technicians and groundskeepers. We pride ourselves on providing a high quality apartment home and community for you and your family.
For routine service requests, maintenance is available from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (except major holidays). Please contact your community’s resident manager to request a repair. Please note, it is the responsibility of the resident to replace most light bulbs and to change batteries in smoke and CO detectors.
For emergency maintenance requests (no heat and/or hot water, a malfunctioning refrigerator, electrical problem, or non-operable toilet or bathtub) after normal hours, NeighborWorks® Anchorage has an on call technician who will respond to your repair needs.
In the event of a fire, if you see smoke, or if you smell gas please call 911 immediately.

There is a beep or a chirp in my apartment. What is it?
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors beep and/or chirp when the battery needs to be changed. It is generally the responsibility of the renter to replace these batteries.
