Rent

Rent is due in full on the first day of every month. Other fees such as cable and garage space rental is also due at that time. You can pay your rent with a check, cashier’s check or money order made out to the name of your apartment community. Payment should be made directly to your resident manager. Each rental office has a drop box in case the office is closed or it is after business hours.

Rent is considered late if it is not received by the end of the business day on the 5^th day of the month. There is a late rent fee which will be added to your account if rent is not received on time.
