Roommates & Guests

Roommates are permitted in certain circumstances, however, we consider a roommate to be a resident, and they need to be eligible, submit an application and be approved.  Please contact your resident manager for more information.

You are welcome to have visitors and short-term guests at our properties.  Guests that will be staying for more than 7 days need to be registered, please contact the resident manager to do this.  Renters are responsible for the behavior and actions of their guests and must ensure that they follow the same standards of the lease and the house rules.
