Smoking Policy

As private dwelling space, residents may smoke within their unit.  Smoking is prohibited in and within 20 feet of rental offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, common garages, or other enclosed common areas.  If you choose to smoke outside, we do ask that you be courteous of your non-smoking neighbors and smoke away from windows and doors.
