Community Leadership Institute (CLI)

NeighborWorks® Anchorage has participated for ten years in the national Community Leadership Institute (CLI) through NeighborWorks® America.   CLIs provide a framework for learning and a forum for discussing community issues and the sharing of best practices and solutions to the challenges faced by low-income communities around the country. The Institutes also offer a broad choice of quality workshops. These help team members develop new skills and enhance their ability to be leaders in their communities.  Participants create action plans so they can effectively bring the knowledge they've gained at the CLI back to their community and use it to effect sustainable positive change.
