AHFC (Anchorage Housing Finance Corporation) offers a free seminar to help prospective home buyers work their way through the decisions and steps that buying a home can entail. Complete the course and save money on AHFC closing costs.  The seminar is open to all buyers, whether it’s your first house or your fifth.

HomeChoice^TM  is an 8-hour seminar. You'll hear from experts on topics such as:

• how to shop for a lender and a real estate professional
• title insurance
• energy-efficient homes
• how to get a home loan
• purchase and sale contracts
• home inspections
• money management and budgeting
• AHFC loan programs

Completion of the seminar is a requirement of NeighborWorks® Anchorage loan programs.
