1.  Go to http://www.pfd.state.ak.us/

2.  Find NeighborWorks® Anchorage

3.  Your gift can range from
     $25 up to your entire PFD

4.  Uncheck the box.  When
     you uncheck the opt-in
     box we can share with you
     how your gift is making a
     difference.
